The Foundation
Whispers of Love Foundation (U) Limited is a registered NGO based in the community of Namulanda, Wakiso District, Uganda.
Founded by Esther Mukwana and Janet Namono, the organisation provides free education, daily meals and a safe learning environment for children in vulnerable situations.
Rooted in a strong community network, the foundation works closely with families, local leaders and volunteers to support children’s development and well-being.
